I have been working on this collage made up of newspaper and some graphics I created on a large 24″ x 48″ canvas. This is not yet complete, rather just a preview of it so far. This is so far the largest piece I have worked on.

Under Pressure Screen Printing has registered for the upcoming Flatstock 29. Flatstock 29 will run a half day Wednesday, March 16th and then full days Thursday, Friday and Saturday through March 19th, 2011 during SXSW in Austin, TX.
I have also opened up an Etsy shop which you can find here: johnnydimas.etsy.com. I placed a tiny orange button labeled ‘Etsy’ in the left column of this site towards the top with the other social icons that is also linked to the store.
I also have an online store here www.johnnydimas.com/store which is built into this site and accepts paypal payments.
I will try to keep each store stocked with the same items but occasionally something might be found only in one or the other.
Here are a couple stenciled images I made over the weekend. Each one was made with four stencil layers and painted with 3 different spray paints. Each measures 17″ x 23″.

Three color screen print plus 1 glow in the dark layer celebrating Lotus’ November Show in Colorado with Infected Mushroom and Mux Mool. Posters measure 19″ x 25″. A small edition of these prints was splattered with magenta paint by hand and autographed by Lotus.

One color screen print in an edition of 5 on archival white paper, and edition of 1 on archival gray paper. Prints measure 12″ x 24″. Inspiration is drawn from Spanish style tiles.
Here is the last image for now of these revisited prints. Again, one color screen print with blobs of cyan, magenta and yellow acrylic laid down by hand in the center of each disc which then dripped naturally off the page. Enjoy.
